Here’s Benjamin’s video review of Bells of Steel’s Weightlifting Chains that we got last month.

Chains are a fun way to add accommodating resistance to exercises. Although they are mainly used on barbells as discussed in the video, they can be used for tons of bodyweight movements with the chains draped over your body to add the same kind of accommodating resistance (if the chains lift up off the ground during your movement) or just as a way to add regular resistance in lieu of a dip belt or weight vest.
