Good tips! I like standing presses better than seated because I can cheat a little bit with my legs as I need to on the heaviest reps to get the weight started, or at least be able to swing my whole body forward and back enough to get my chin out of the way (the way Rippetoe teaches) to avoid having to tilt my head back.]]></description>

<p>Good tips!
