That&#039;s definitely not the same as bumpers which are designed to be dropped. Just like the previous comment. Expect bar damage (warping) and plate damage over time if you do.]]></description>

I expect the bar or plates will get damaged. You could get a pair of 45lb and 25lb bumpers and that will get you started.]]></description>
